Care Worker & PA Registration

We are currently only registering applicants with a minimum of 6 months experience in care.

HCPA offers excellent rates of pay and training including Diploma level 2 & 3.

If your application is successful you will be required to bring the following original documents to your interview:

  • Valid Passport (visa if applicable)
  • Driving license (if applicable)
  • 2 passport photos
  • 2 Proofs of address (bills or statements no older than 3 months)
  • Proof of National Insurance
  • Current DBS certificate (if you do not have a current DBS certificate registered with the DBS Update Service you will be required to pay £64.98 to have one completed)

The form will take you approximately 20-30 minutes to complete. You can save yourself time completing the form by having the following ready:

  • Education history (no gaps)
  • Employment history (no gaps)
  • Emergency contact details (NOK)
  • Certificates of care related courses
  • CV (if you have one)
  • Referee details (We require 2 references and one must be your previous/current employer)
  • Your availability
